11.30 to 12 – Essential Oils Workshop
Our expert will guide you through specific oils that can help you to destress and relax. You will also be gifted with two samples that have been chosen especially for you.
12 to 1pm - Lunchtime
Enjoy a Healthy Lunch
1pm to 4pm – Switch off in the Spa
Your chance to Luxuriate in the Thermal Spa area with the Hydrotherapy Pool, Sauna, Salt Inhalation and Steam Rooms. Refresh in the Plunge and Swimming Pools. Get cosy in the specialist Relaxation Room and explore the picturesque English Heritage Listed Gardens.
