Our minds and bodies need a bit of a revival too – taking some time to re-energise and shed the layers of winter. Whitecalm renowned for their Deep Relaxation Days have added a new programme with this firmly in mind.
Based on the foundations of the Deep Relaxation Days, our new Revive & Rejuvenate Days have been created to help you focus on nourishing your mind and body further, releasing and renewing, to give clarity and energy, ensuring you are ready to make the most of the longer and warmer days.
As always, we uncover the most tranquil and inspiring of location to ensure your experience starts from the moment you arrive, till the moment you leave.

Signature Revive and Rejuvenate Day

Sometimes, the daily grind and general pressures of life can leave us feeling depleted. Our new Signature Revive and Rejuvenate Day is all about recharging your batteries, re-booting your energy system and reclaiming your spark. Enabling you to enjoy life to the full!
9.40am – 10.00am – Morning Introduction with Refreshments
10.00am – 11.45am – Re-energise – an active workshop of empowering Vinyasa flow yoga, designed to energise, increase circulation and reconnect mind and body.
11.45am – 12.00pm – Short Break for Refreshments
12.00pm – 12.30pm – Renew with Pranayama – this session uses powerful breathing techniques to help you detoxify, rejuvenate and rebalance.
12.30pm – 1.30pm – Healthy Lunch is provided
1.30pm – 2.30pm – Guided Meditative Walk – refresh by exploring the beautiful grounds closing with a guided mediation with our wellness expert.
2.30pm – 3.00pm – Resilience Workshop – an interactive workshop to re-ignite your inner fire, helping you to set goals with a renewed clarity and power.
3.00pm – 3.15pm – Short Break for refreshments
3.15pm – 4.30pm – Uplift and Reflect – this workshop combines the contemplative yin yoga practice with the restorative exercise of Yoga Nidra to round off the day. Leaving you feeling content, relaxed and uplifted.
4.30pm – Home Time
