Our daily activities can take a real toll on our bodies. The Whitecalm Signature Movement & Recovery Experience days have been designed to give your body a helping hand. Using Pilates, Yoga and Breathing techniques you will learn different exercises to help improve your posture, strengthen your core and release muscle tightness to promote your physical performance and overall wellbeing.

Proposed Itinerary

9.30am – 9.45am – Morning Introduction with refreshments

9.45am – 11.15am – Pilates for all – this class is for everyone and is particularly suitable for those new to Pilates

11.15am – 11.25am – Short Break for Refreshments

11.25am – 12.00pm – Breath Work – discover how breathing and mindfulness practices can improve your physical performance.

12.00pm – 1.00pm – a Healthy Lunch is served

1.00pm – 1.50pm – Guided Walk around the beautiful grounds

1.50pm – 2.00pm – Short Break for Refreshments

2.00pm – 3.15pm – Movement and Stretch– the repetitive movements from sports can shorten some muscle groups, making them tight and less stable. In this workshop you will learn techniques aimed to help release tightness and increase your range of motion.

3.15pm – 3.30pm – Short Break for Refreshments

3.30pm – 4.30pm – Re-Align – in this workshop you will be shown different Pilate exercises that can help to improve posture and strengthen your back and core.

4.30pm – Home Time
